    6-week drop-in series every Tuesday from March 25, 2025 - April 29, 2025 | 6 to 7 PM. | UVA Contemplative Commons Convergence Hall (Studio 1B)

    Through gentle poses and intentional breathing, you will be guided into deep relaxation and renewed concentration. Mochani's calming presence will help you explore sequences designed to ease tension and promote clarity, offering the perfect escape from the hustle of daily life to cultivate inner peace.

    Whether you are a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this class welcomes practitioners of all levels. Join us for this calming journey. Mark your calendars and allow yourself some peaceful time in our yoga sessions.

    Join us at IX Art Park for Charlottesville’s largest and most iconic farmer’s market with over 60 vendors. Every other Saturday from 9am - 1pm. Come say hi and sample our handcrafted herbal body-care. We are happy to answer questions about our products and treatments.

    Every Sunday | At Satchidananda Ashram-Yogaville

    Awaken peace of mind and experience Yoga at a traditional spiritual ashram. Join our founder at the Satchidananda Ashram-Yogaville Sundays 7:10am-8:40am for an Integral Hatha Yoga class. She teaches an accessible class that aims to bring body and breath awareness.
