Our products are handmade in small batches without the use of any chemical additives or preservatives. As a result, there may be small variations in our products from time to time. 

Shipping

US Domestic Shipping

We ship within 5-7 business days upon payment. In the event that there is an exception, we will contact you directly with details.​

For questions regarding orders that have already shipped, please reference your USPS tracking number. Once an order leaves our hands, it enters the domain of USPS, and the order is no longer in our care or control. If you have concerns about late or lost packages, please email us and we will do our best to support you but ultimately, delivery issues must be taken up and resolved with USPS.

Orders are shipped to the address provided. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be reshipped or refunded. ​Orders are shipped from our making studio at 650 Salem Road Schuyler, VA 22969. ​

International Shipping

International orders are subject to respective taxes and duties. Please be aware we are not responsible for customs fees for packages outside of the US. We wish we had influence over these rates, but unfortunately, we do not.

Returns

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of East Flora products we can no longer to accept returns or exchanges. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Please read the ingredients and be aware of any allergies you may have. We recommend testing a small patch of skin with a product and wait 24 hr. If an allergic reaction occurs, please discontinue use. Don't hesitate to email us with any concerns.
